How to get to the Tremiti Islands

The Tremiti Islands can only be reached by sea or air. Here's how to get there.

By ferry or hydrofoil

The most convenient route departs from Termoli (Molise)—about 1 hour and 45 minutes by ferry, 55 minutes by hydrofoil. The main companies are Tirrenia and Navigazione Libera del Golfo. During high season, there are morning and evening departures.

From Vieste, Peschici and Rodi Garganico (Gargano) there are seasonal connections, approximately 1h30min.

Seasonal ferries depart from Pescara and Vasto during peak weeks.

By helicopter

Alidaunia operates flights from Foggia Airport year-round. The flight takes about 20 minutes. It's ideal if you're coming from far away and want to save time.

Once on the island

Ferries from the mainland dock at San Domino, the main island. As soon as you disembark, you'll find Simone ticket office no. 5 right at the port—it's not yet marked on Google Maps, but it's there: you can't miss it.

If you arrive in San Nicola, the Info Point is near the island's port next to the Bar del Marinaio: Largo Marina, 2, San Nicola, 71051 FG.
